You agree that you will not assign or otherwise transfer your rights under this TOS Agreement. The Frugalytics Service is designed to be an entertainment resource only, and should not be relied upon for any other purpose whatsoever. In providing information in response to your queries or requests, Frugalytics will rely on our employees, agents, third party partners, as well as on information resources available on the Internet.
